Myself, Tarunya Tripathy. I am educated as a PG Diploma holder in NGO Management from Madurai Kamraj University with flying colours. This is in additional being a merited career and a first class Commerce Graduate from the prestigious Utkal University, Odisha, India. In addition to that i am holding Diploma in Materials Management from the renowned MSPI, New Delhi.
   
My brief profile is all about my struggle for existence and care for the unprivileged and a zeal to serve the poorest of the poor.
   Currently i am grooming myself to become a self reliant development professional
   
BRIEF PROFILE
   Defined, develop and implement CSR strategies, scorecards and action plans that contribute to the delivery of the Company’s CSR vision, mission and objectives; Build the foundation for a more formal CSR reporting, working on initiatives which contribute to the empowerment of the community; Work closely with the Communications team to develop effective internal and external communications strategies; Coordinate the overall administration, processes and budget of the programme; Report to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors as appropriate on progress, strategic issues and budget allocation; Manage the CSR Committee and work closely with the other CSR regional committees to develop synergies; Engage with all internal and external stakeholders and Manage the CSR Team.
   
Also responsible for the whole lot of operational aspects of the Vital Group (Admin, Logistics, IT, system for the company)
   
As a microfinance and development professional, i did :
   
Conduct Institutional Capacity Assessment for a small NGO to grow as a MFI ; Develops plans and projections, SWOT analysis, conduct Political-Social-Economical and Technological tests and guidelines for a NGO-MFI for probable incubation service ; Prepare organizational manuals for incubated NGO-MFIs ; Conducts research, utilizing institution library, archives, and collections, and other sources of information, to collect, record, analyze, and evaluate facts; Provide onsite handholding to partnered institutions on microfinance; Prepares reports of completed projects for publication in technical journals, for presentation to agency requesting project, or for use in further applied or theoretical research activities; Preparation of training modules for CB of Partner Institutions; Preparation and review of company budgets; Data analysis, Documentation of case studies.
